The Rule of Asking

The Charter

The small print, trimmed as far as it will trim. If you use the site, this binds you.

Who may use the site

The tower admits adults only: you must have turned 18 and be of full age in your own country. Whatever happens under your login is on you, so guard the password.

What the service is

DuskHive is entertainment. Its women are characters voiced by an AI model, and nothing they say should be treated as fact, as medicine, as law or as guidance for your life. They get things wrong, sometimes cheerfully.

Honey and payment

Honey is bought in advance, in USDT, as a block of days that ends when the days do. We offer no refunds of any kind, whether for a lapsed day or a changed mind, except where the law requires it. Money sent in the wrong amount, or down the wrong network, can be gone for good; we have no way to fish it back.

What you may not do

Breaking the Rule of Asking, breaking the law, tunnelling round the chat's limits, hammering the server, scraping the comb or reselling a login are all off the table, and any of them can cost you the account.

Your words

Your messages remain yours. We need to keep and process them for the chat to work and for moderation to function, and by using the site you permit exactly that. Software screens read them to enforce the rules.

Changes and endings

Rooms can be rearranged, floors can close, a resident can be rewritten or retired. If a change alters what you receive, the dusk reports carry it first. DuskHive is provided in its current state; beyond what statute guarantees we promise nothing, and our total liability stops at what you paid us in the previous 30 days, where the law lets us set that limit.
